In recent years, Monica adapted to an evolving market and moved into independent consulting at ThirteenCreative, playing a key role in the company’s growth. During that time, she created major opportunities, won significant business, and championed emerging and under-represented directors across some of the industry’s top-tier production companies, including Anonymous Content, The Corner Shop, Prettybird, and MJZ amongst others.

Earlier in her career, she honed her craft in-house at Moxie Pictures, Believe, and Tool of North America, and before that worked on major brands at Tribal DDB — a foundation that continues to shape her sharp eye, calm judgement and collaborative approach.
