In recent years, Monica adapted to an evolving market and moved into independent consulting at ThirteenCreative, playing a key role in the company’s growth. During that time, she created major opportunities, won significant business, and championed emerging and underrepresented directors across leading production companies including Anonymous Content, The Corner Shop, Prettybird and MJZ, among others.

Earlier in her career, she honed her craft in-house at Moxie Pictures, Believe, and Tool of North America, following foundational experience working on major brands at Tribal DDB, experience that continues to shape her sharp eye, calm judgement and collaborative approach.
